Privacy Policy

Your privacy at The Node

Effective 21 June 2026 · Last updated 21 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Node — a members-only coworking network operated by Glumia Solutions ("The Node", "we", "us", or "our") — collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the The Node mobile app, website, and related services (the "Services"). We are based in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

The short version. We collect what we need to run your membership — account details, bookings, printing, and payments. We don't sell your personal data. Card payments are handled by our processor (Paystack); we never store your card number. You can request access to or deletion of your data anytime at info@thenode.work.

1. Who we are

The Services are provided by Glumia Solutions, operator of The Node coworking network. For any privacy questions or requests, contact info@thenode.work or visit thenode.work.

Payment information

When you pay for a membership, booking, or print top-up, payment is processed by Paystack. Your card or bank details are entered directly with Paystack and are not collected or stored by The Node. We keep a record of the transaction (amount, date, purpose, and a payment reference) to manage your account and provide invoices.

Location note. The Node does not collect your device's GPS or precise location. Your "home location" is a choice you make in the app, not a reading from your device.
